The moment you navigate to the LandRover homepage, you are immediately blown away by an awesome video of the powerful capabilities of of online cars Land Rover. It’s beyond stunning; its numbing. More than that, the homepage masks the biggest asset of the site – a multimedia paradise of spectacular interactive capabilities. Two-thumbs up to LandRover.

slick design or is it going to an ordinary manufacturer site like all the others?.

Navigation is a little substandard in this cars companies site owing to the fact that the homepage is bland. But once you get going and click on the various links, dropdowns and menus, the navigation options are smooth. The site is also a tad text-heavy which detracts from the superior-look of the Land Rover vehicles. Overall though, it’s a fine effort.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

The model specifications in LandRover are exceptionally detailed. Land Rover is all about placing brain power and muscle power in the same league. They do a fine job of providing a wealth of info on the various vehicles. We prefer a little more simplicity, so we graded them down a notch.

How detailed are the car model specifications? Do you get a good feel of the vehicle.

Locating a retailer takes place in a few simple steps in this car manufacturers site. It’s a simple matter of entering a ZIP code or a retailer’s name and all then it’s all systems go. While we would like this to be accessible directly from the homepage, we are chuffed that it’s quick and easy to find dealers.

Clearly LandRover is following a hybrid approach to their classic style. Their brand is one that extols the virtues of the rugged outdoorsman, but modern-day LandRover enthusiasts are more sophisticated and from the upper echelons of society’s financial strata. So designers have combined innovation, ruggedness and dynamism into a powerful platform that is surprisingly effective. And it’s certainly an original approach.

The first thing we did was go to the ‘Start Building’ component where we could tailor the Land Rovers to our specifications. The 360’ high-gloss photo images do justice to these vehicles. Plus there are stellar-quality videos to enjoy. Their photo gallery and media category is highly impressive and there are brochures and quote requests available too.
