What can we say about Lexus? We are smitten by the look of this site. This is a brand name that has certainly earned its reputation as the benchmark of luxury cars. The website is chic, refined, smooth and elegant, plus it smacks of sheer opulence. In fact there is complete synergy between the Lexus site and the cars they produce in their cars companies.

Let’s replace the word Navigation with gliding. Because that’s exactly what we did on the Lexus site. It’s like zero-gravity navigation. It’s effortless, innovative and smooth beyond our wildest imagination. Best of all the graphics come up in milliseconds; there simply is no waiting time. This auto companies site makes for phenomenal surfing.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

This is arguably the best part of the powerful platform which Lexus has put together for their site. A simple mouse-over on the various Lexus models, such as the LS10, GS10, ES10 or IS10 reveals all the specs in no time at all. That says nothing of the descriptive specs on luxury vehicles, convertibles and hybrids that this big hitter is packing in its site.

How detailed are the car model specifications? Do you get a good feel of the vehicle.

You want a Lexus dealer, simply enter the ZIP code and you’re there. That’s the power of Lexus; they don’t waste any time getting you – the customer – what you want. It’s all about pleasing and we are plenty impressed by the easy location of dealers on site.

In truth, it doesn’t get much better than Lexus. We saw some of the most amazing videos, with top-end graphics, 360’ camera angles and even a ‘Build your own’ interactive car design category. It’s tailored to the individual and that’s what makes Lexus so utterly desirable.

With the Lexus site, innovation and multimedia go hand in hand. That’s because Lexus is all about engaging its prestigious line of vehicles with its esteemed customer base. To this end they provide ‘Build Your Lexus’ tutorials and interactive design specs, high class videos, Future Concept categories and some of the most amazing demo presentations and brochures we have ever seen. It’s game on with Lexus.

Can I find local dealers? If so.

The Achilles heel of Lexus is possibly this component. We were hoping to award them high grades in this department but they failed to convince us that they can communicate with a large-scale audience through the power of social networks. Social options are conspicuously absent on design pages, clearly because they detract from the glossy look and feel of the website.

Lexus is completely jacked here. Wow. DOZENcars was blown away with the support they offer. Forget standard emails and PHP online forms, these guys are sporting roadside assistance! In fact you name it, it’s there. From a knowledge center to customer assistance center and beyond. They even have Chat. It’s a no brainer; they get full credit.
