They go to great lengths to display high-quality images, vehicle and pricing information for their customers in their car sales. They have created a highly effective platform for really assisting customers to find the best deal. We are thoroughly impressed.

How easy is it to find cars? Do you need an account to use this site or does it offer its services to everyone? Can I save my searched cars?.

We wasted no time in checking out their goods. CarMax are the big boys of the automobile trade and they are stocked up on some seriously heavy firepower in the used cars department. Best of all we didn’t even need an account to scope out their wares. It’s totally awesome and easy browsing with some of the sexiest cars on display in their cars index.

How detailed are the car model specifications? Do you get a good feel of the vehicle.

We got an excellent feel for all the vehicles showcased on CarMax. This is solely because their standards are so high. In order to list with CarMax, a comprehensive breakdown of the vehicles specs are needed. Everything is listed from gas consumption to engine capacity and beyond. This is simply phenomenal detail. We love the way they describe their cars for sale.

We found out that CarMax is plenty interactive. On their homepage there are multiple social networking links. These include Twitter and Facebook. These guys are the biggest in the industry and even YouTube is teeming with videos about CarMax. Kudos on superb social networking and lots of info on blogs and forums.

Here we were again bowled over. Not only do they have telephone numbers and late hours of operation, they have fax, toll-free numbers, a showroom address and a store locator (100 + stores are available). These guys mean business and their highly professional customer support reflects that.

You name it, it’s listed. We were stunned by the wide variety of quality autos on site.
